First step, once opened, make sure the product is mixed thoroughly before each use to ensure that the ingredients are properly combined. Using the spoon provided with your purchase, scoop out a desired amount and apply to WET SKIN. Once applied, with enough water to allow sugar to start to melt, rub the product in a circular motion onto your skin until you feel a smooth result and then rinse off. You can use this product in the bath, shower, or even at the sink, anywhere you please :)
Although Gimme Some Sugaa products are safe to use and non harmful, there are no guarantees that the products used will cure any skin conditions. Depending on your skin type and if used as directed, sugar scrubs will help improve the overall look and feel of skin. But even though there have been some success with others skin conditions clearing, you should always check with your doctor or dermatologist if you have specific questions about your skin type. And if for any reason at all you develop an irritation from a Gimme Some Sugaa Product, you should immediately discontinue use.
Gimme Some Sugaa Scrubs tend to have a shelf-life of 18 months (unopened), the Fizzy Bombs & Steamers are generally long lasting, without the packaging, they become less effective (less fizz and aroma). It's important to keep in mind that the shelf life is just an estimate. The environment & how products are stored will have an effect on Gimme Some Sugaa products as well. Overtime OILS AND SUGAR MAY BECOME SEPERATED, please mix product & continue to use as directed. Gimme Some Sugaa LLC always recommends using the products sooner rather than later. The longer you wait, the less effective the product will be unless it is stored well.
There are no specific ways to store Gimme Some Sugaa products, if Sugar Scrub products will be stored in shower or bathroom area, please ensure the lid remains on in-between uses to prevent water from coming in contact with unused product contents which will have an effect on the products quality. Please do not store products in moist or damp areas, especially Fizzy Bombs and Steamers due to them prematurely reacting. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can affect the scent & separate the oils, so you don't want to leave your package sitting in the mailbox or outside for very long in the summertime in Texas, Phoenix, Hawaii, Nevada, & other high temperature regions, for example.

Just sit the steamer in either the front, back, or middle of the shower, allow water to penetrate the product and let the aromas take over giving you a spa-like experience waking up your senses in a delightful way :)Fizzy Bombs & Steamers are designed for single use. To get the full benefits we do recommend using the entire bomb in your bath. If you choose to take it out of the water half way through and keep it for later it might still fizz the next time you use it, but it won't be as effective. Not only do they add a bit of fun to your bath but ours are made with variety of all-natural ingredients, designed to soothe, detox and help you relax.
The answer is.........YES! Gimme Some Sugaa products are edible, but its a good idea not to eat them just due to all the ingredients used, they probably wont be as tasty as they smell :) but if ingested, it will not cause any harm :)
Yes, you can exfoliate anywhere on your body, lips, face, legs, arms, back, chest, etc...
All orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days before they are shipped, weekends & holidays are not included. Normal shipping days are TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS, excluding out of country or international orders which may have longer processing times. During holiday weeks, processing of orders will be delayed 1 to 2 business days and will ship the next available business day. All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the product has been shipped. During our busier months, holidays, and during sales, orders may have longer processing times before shipping. Once a package is shipped, Gimme Some Sugaa LLC is not responsible for packages marked as 'Delivered'. We encourage each customer to make arrangements to have someone available to receive their package once tracking confirms its delivery date or possible delivery date. International orders have a lead time of 8-10 business days. Please note that the customs in your country may charge a custom's fee in addition to your shipping fee. Orders held through customs are completely out of Gimme Some Sugaa LLC hands and will be at the customer's regard to follow up with customs in regards to their order in your specific country.

Should a package happen to be received damaged or shipped to an incorrect address provided to us by the customer, we will gladly reship the item again, adding additional shipping costs, once the package has been returned back to us . Please be advised, we will not reship until the shipping charge has been paid in full. Please DOUBLE CHECK all orders to be sure address and other important information are accurate and updated. Yes ! Children can use these products as well, products are even safe if ingested. (Even though Gimme Some Sugaa products smell soo delicious, please try not to eat them or let your little ones get ahold of them without supervision) Children under the age of 2yrs should consult with a pediatrician or dermatologist before use to ensure safety.
No, there are no specific instructions on how you should exfoliate due to everyone being a uniquely created person who have different likes and needs, BUT.... there are directions on how to apply it: First, you must wet your skin on the area you want to apply the product, then using the spoon provided with your order, scoop out a desired amount into your hand, apply the scrub and rub into the skin in circular motion, use a pressure that feels firm, but not too hard as you don’t want to irritate the skin from rubbing roughly. Once it has been applied, you may either rinse immediately or leave on skin for 5-10 mins to allow product to absorb into skin, then rinse, when complete, pat dry.

Fizzies should not irritate your skin, but they should not be used with broken or irritated skin. It is important to note that reactions to scent blends and essential oils are possible,
so make sure you know what works best for your skin. Not only do steamers & fizzies smell great, they are also very moisturizing for the skin. All of Gimme Some Sugaa products are made with natural oils, which work to hydrate the skin.
